November has been a month of many changes for our family. First Eli is getting big ( : Look at those sweet chubby baby thighs!

That brings us to our next big change. After nearly two years, our busy "Sammy" went home to his birth dad. This brought many extra appointments and errands as well as a very frustrated toddler. But we finished with a celebration with all at Chuckee Cheese to celebrate Dad and son being reunited for good. We will miss his antics but know God created him and has a great plan for his life. That is where we have to leave it.
Finally, our last change after a little over 4 years and 20 kids later, we are taking a break from our fostering journey. We definitely have a heart and passion for the kids and the huge need. We just need to focus in on our own family right now. In another "season" we may be able to minister to the children and families in our community by fostering. But for now... ...we are focusing on building stronger bonds as a family. We appreciate our family, friends, and church who have loved these kids with us and supported our family in so many ways, especially through pray!
